Ali has over 20 years of experience leading advanced analytics initiatives for a variety of institutions including numerous Fortune-500 companies.
Prior to founding T4, he held leadership roles at United Airlines and IBM in the US and at Deloitte in Turkey.
He holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Murat Ergene

Murat is a recognized expert in HR and sales with 30+ years of experience.
He held local and multinational executive roles at Unilever, Carrefour, Garanti Bank-BBVA.
He is the founder of Ergene Consulting and has served as the Country Leader of Boyden – a leading global leadership and talent advisory firm.
Murat received his B.A. degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University and holds an M.A. degree in HRM.

İlker Kurşunlugil

İlker has over 10 years of multinational work experience that includes management consulting roles as well as leading variety of data analytics initiatives.
Prior to joining T4, he held both operational and leadership roles at Bayer and Deloitte in Turkey and IKEA in Switzerland.
İlker received his B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
